Things to Do in Warsaw, Poland

Warsaw is a great city to visit in the summer and in the fall. The city comes alive!

• Browary Warszawskie (There is a brewery here, a food hall, a tapas place, a greek place, tons of restaurants, and even Robert Lewandowski's Sports Bar)

• Fabryka Norblina (Food Hall)

• Stary Dom Restaurant on Pulawska Street

• Baczewski Restaurant on Aleja Jana Chrystiana Szucha

• Munja - incredible Balkan food but on the pricier side

• La Iberica Tapas Spanish Restaurant 

• Sakana Sushi on Burakowska Street

• Elektrownia Powisle is a casual food hall near the Vistula river that also often draws students

• Loreta Rooftop Bar in the Puro Hotel Downtown

• The Roof at the  Hub (Crown Plaza Hotel) rooftop bar in Wola District

• Panorama Skybar at the Marriott (nice city view)

• 3/4 Koneser Rooftop bar - across the river in the gentrifying Praga district

• Forum Cafe is our favourite. Small, great coffee, and very good sandwiches

• Na Bank Cafe

• Dobra Materia 

• Proces Kawki has nice coffee and an incredible little garden area to hang out

• Klubokawiarnia Jas i Malgosia

• Secret Life Cafe Zoliborz

• Coffee Desk has great coffee and is a nice place to hang out. It's often busy though.

• Etno Cafe coffee is okay, but is a nice place to sit down and chill or work

• McDonald's for cheaper coffee :) Starbucks is marginally more.

• For those who like cats 🐈 🐱 , check out Purr Purr Cafe and/or Klubokawiarnia Miau Grau (this one is bigger and nicer)

• Iluzjon Cafe Bar

• Doza - Asian-Polish cafe

DESSERTS

• Muffia Bakery - it doesn't look like the nicest place but the taste of the cakes will make up for the aesthetic.

• Lubaszka Bakery - good tasting and great value

• Sweet Blossom - get it for the 'gram

• Deseo - various locations, but quite pricey

• Wedel Cafe for Polish chocolate, hot chocolate, white hot chocolate and more (locations in the Old Town, Krakowskie Przedmiescie, and Koneser)

• Miss Mellow for desserts (a bit pricier)

• Grycan for ice cream

• Doza Cafe - Asian-Polish fusion

NIGHT LIFE

• BARdzo bardzo is a small but great live music venue with very fair prices 

• Nowy Swiat Street

• Level 27 club with rooftop city view (often brings out expats)

• Pomost 511

• Szerokie Bary

• Mazowiecka Street is the street with many of the night clubs 

• Vistula Boulevards have tons of spots like Miami Wars, Warszawski Wir

• Praga Centrum Club brings out some great DJs 

• La Playa tends to have many expats and all sorts of events near the beach on the Vistula

• SEN nightclub - foreigners love this place

• Hocki Klocki at Luna Park if you want to party outside with a Berlin-inspired, party scene vibe

• Boogaloo Zoliborz if you want to party to live music with hipsters :)

• Klub Explosion for all of your disco polo and light show needs 

• Klub Wesele more centrally located disco polo establishment

ICE CREAM

• Ulica Basniowa in Zoliborz (our favourite)

• Lodziarnia Lód i Chłód (pistachio is fire)

• Grycan (decent Polish chain)

• Loads of other options. Look to Google reviews over 4 stars.

COWORKING

• WeWork has several locations in the city

• Spaces by Regus also has a couple of locations
